Marriages in North Dakota aren't online except for Grand Forks and Cass County. For the rest of the counties they are filed with the Clerk of the Court.

However the Bismark-Mandan Historical & Genealogical Society, http://bmhgs.com/aboutus.htm has some marriage records.

Marriage Licenses and Certificates 1882-1925 in Morton County are on microfilm, http://history.nd.gov/archives/countyrec/mortonrec.html. You must contact your local public library and they have to request the microfilm via inter-library transfer.
