I'm looking for some advice about how I might look up a marriage record. George Belanger and Mary White married in ND (probably in Bismarck) in the early 1880's. Both were French Canadian by birth, so they were probably married in a Catholic church. I would also like to find the birth records of their children, Rose L., b. Mar 1886, and John Napoleon, b. 22 June 1888. Any suggestions on where I might start looking?
