According to the 1850 Union Co., Indiana census, Nancy SULLIVAN was born ca. 1811-12 in North Carolina. She married David STANTON 1 Jan 1828 in Union County, Indiana. David was a birthright Quaker; father William was born in Nantucket, MA & migrated to NC, then VA, then OH & IN. David was apparently disowned for marrying contrary to discipline - which probably means that Nancy's family was not Quaker..I think! I'm really stuck on locating her family; no luck so far. Any help greatly appreciated.
