Seek clarification parents of Isabella (aka "Ibby") Carson, b. 21 or 27 July 1782, Rutherford Co., NC. Have evidence (not primary sources) to show she was daughter of Capt. Walter & Mary (Henry) Carson, but some conflicting information. Have extensive information on Lattimore line, presumably Ireland to PA, to VA, then Tryon/Rutherford Co., NC, then my line to Jennings Co., IN in 1811. My line is John Lattimore/Isabel Frazier md. ca 1740, probably Pr. William/Stafford Co., VA; Daniel, md. Anne Stockton, prob. Albemarle Co., VA. Daniel & family migrated to Tryon Co. ca 1770 where 6 children born. John, b. 1778, md. Isabella Carson (1st wife) 3 Nov 1796 @ Rutherford Co.;and Nancy Stites (2nd). Son Rev. Daniel md. 2nd, Martha Wooten Pryor in Jennings Co., Indiana. Their daughter Isabella Carson Lattimore was my great-great grandmother; married 2 May 1854 @ Jennings County, Ind., William Sharp.
