Fernie Tart was my mater. nal great grandfather. In addition to my great uncle John Henry, he was also the father of James Franklin [Jim Frank} my granddad who is also buried in Greenwood Cemetary. Fernie owned the farm that is intersected by I-96 at it's junction with Long Branch Road. Furnie is buried in a private gravehar, just east of the the junction of I-95 and Long Branch at what looks like a delapidated Truck Stop. There;s also a nice looking brick church with a steeple just beyond that bears a placque indicating that it was build on land donated by Fernie and his wife Rachel.
