Georgia, I am not familiar with the names you gave, but my gg-grandmother was Mariah Moore, who married Henry Lovett/Lovette on March 7, 1848, in Robeson County. Henry enlisted July 3, 1861, as a soldier in the War Between the States, in Robeson County, Co D., 18 Regiment, Infantry. This information was listed in Book 2, page 87, Moore's Roster. He was captured in Spottsylvania, Virginia, and later died from "variola" (smallpox) in Elmira Prison Camp in Elmira, New York. He was 23 years old at the time of his enlistment. He and Mariah had two children, James O. (my g-grandfather), and William. We have often wondered what happened to Mariah after the death of her husband, Henry. Did she marry again? We are also looking for information about her. Hopefully, there is a connection and we can gather this information.
