Hi there. I'm researching a Conner family that lived in Jones County, NC. I was told that there were some Conner folks in Robeson County who reported on census records that they were born in Jones County.

I haven't found those people yet, but the Conner folks I did find in Robeson have similar first names my peole in Jones. One of my great uncles is even name "Ivy Conner," which I think could be not to the Avy family of Robeson. Other Conner first names in Jones include: James, Pinkney, John, Calvin, William, Riley (or Eli), etc.

Does anyone have any info that might help me connect a few dots here? Any info at all is greatly appreciated.
