I am searching for my wife's biological father, his name is John Fulmer. His mother lived in North Carolina in the 1960s and maybe into the 1970s. Mr. Fulmer spent some time in Oregon and Idaho where he met my wife's mother whose first name is Bonnie. My wife was put up for adoption and all we have is John Fulmer as a name. We think he spent some time in Louisiana as well and was in a band. He was born in the 1940s and I think had some trouble with the law in Oregon. The adoption papers say he was Native American.
