Searching for info on the CARROLL family - possibly of Polk County, NC. James CARROLL b:26 Dec 1807 in NC m:Elizabeth WICKER b:29 Mar 1808 in SC, m:23 Dec 1834. Shortly after their marriage, James and Elizabeth went west and had 4 children - Sarah Lucinda b:1836 in MS, Mary Ann (Polly) b:1837 in Louisiana, John Charles b:1839 in Arkansas and Enoch Hawkins b:1840 in Arkansas. Would like to have more info on James, his parents and any siblings and where they were from.
