I wish I could help you but I have nothing on William or any of his other siblings. I have searched and searched and will continue to search, but there are sooooo many William Harpers that it is hard to determine which one is the correct one. I do have a copy Of Peter Harper II's will and Williamis listed as one of the siblings along with Thomas, Francis Jeddediah, Sally and Gilly. I have found Gilly listed in the BB bonds.
