Hello my Name is Theresa Lanoue Langlois. My father was Lawrence A Lanoue and my mother was Laura Belle Morgan. I am writing a paper on my heritage on my mothers side. She was born in Franklin, NC also known as Sugarfork in or around 1928 on Cherry Street. I am trying to learn more information about her father. My grandfather whom was deceased before I was born. I have traced family roots on Bertha's side however my grandfathers history eludes me. I know that he supposedly owned a store in the said town and his name was Charles A. Morgan. If anyone could lead me or give me more information on his history and input in the town they lived in would be a big help to me. Thanks you
