That's the same information I have found except that Curtis Tindal Civil War Records are for a different one instead of the first one you had listed in your earlier post. I had seen him also but that's not him. I've aquired a copy of Margert's Widow's pension and his service records and mine was in 40th Infantry instead of 8th Partisian Rangers He enlisted in June of 1861 and Then was killed August 29th In the Battle at Ft. Hatteras his pay went to Peggie Tindal according to his service records. This has been a hard one to decifer thru just Because of the # of Tindal's and Tindall's in Lenoir County and all seem to be related somehow because alot of the names appear to be common Family names.
