My grandfather was Garret Gunter, his first wife was Pearle Rabb. They lived in Jackson County, She died in Washington State, he, as far as I know, in Jackson County. His second wife, Bertie Parker Gunter, just passed away recently in NC. I have some information on Garret and his ancestors but very little. Anyone out there related to this line of Gunters? I am trying to find out if the Gunter line came from Germany or Norway or?
