I am trying to identify a cemetery listed on a
Jackson County
death certificate as Glenville. Would this be the
Hamburg
cemetery?

What is the name of the deceased? Most likely the answer is yes, but knowing the name perhaps the person's name can be located.

The other infant may be Robert A. Cunningham, born 30 Aug 1933, also a son of Harry. I have not been able to locate any death information on him.

I found an R. A. Cunningham in the
Locust
Field Cemetery however, the dates are different. Jun 5, 1929 - Jun 6, 1929
There ar other Cunningham's buried there so probably belongs to them.
