I am looking for info about my great grandfather John Prince who married Rachel Garrett(1895-1979) and had 4 daughters and 2 sons (J.E., Delos "Dick", Ellen, Ailene, Sue, and Ruth). I was told that John was the illegitimate child of David Middleton so his mother would also be a Prince. That may or may not be true. John's mother's name may have been Sara(?). Rachel Garrett Prince was also called "Tunsee" (not sure of spelling), and may have had a daughter prior to marrying John. Rachel died in Tuckasegee, not sure about John. Can anyone find a link?

John N. Prince is also my Great Grandfather. I am one of Delos' grand daughters. I have been trying to find any information, but have been unable. I think that Rachel was Married to a man named Bascom Gribble for a short period, but I could not find any records of them having children.
My grand father never wanted to discuss his family with us. Now that he has passed away, I am trying to do a family tree for my children so that they will know where their faimly came from.
