In 1843 a RICHARD MINER (MINOR?) was bondsman to the marriage of ABNER PACE and JULIA ANN REED in Guilford Co., NC. I believe that Richard Miner may have had family ties to either the bride or the groom, and would appreciate information. A member of the MINER/MINOR family married an ARMFIELD in Guilford Co. also and the Armfields lived in the same area of Guilford as the Paces. Abner Pace was orphaned by 1837 in Guilford and was apprenticed to Hiatt & Jean saddlemakers. Other orphan Paces were apprenticed to Armfields.
