I found one David McMurray m. Margaret Blee in 1817 in Highland County, Ohio. I Don't know of a connection to my Smith's. There is lots of Murray's in Highland County, Ohio.
I did find the Records of the Recorders Office,Highland County, Ohio 1805-1850, By David N. McBride.
