I do not know the answer to your question, but I do know that you might need to post a message in Randolph County, NC. Cornelius Dicks belonged to a branch of the family which belonged to Center Monthly Meeting, very close to the Guilford/Randolph line, and many of them actually lived in Randolph County. He was dismissed in 1841 for marriage out of unity, and, since it appears that the Blackburn family was not Quaker, that was probably the reason for dismissal. There are Blackburns in the Hinshaw abstracts, but none in Volume 1 covering the Carolinas. Cornelius was received back at Center MM in 1864 on request, and his wife Margaret joined a couple of months later. Their deaths are recorded in Center minutes, and they are buried at Marlboro MM in Randolph County.
The Blackburn family may have been living in Guilford or Randolph. You didn't mention the name of her husband, or when they married. I realize that you may not have found a marriage record, as marriage bonds were not required, and the bondsman named could be the father -- or he can be a brother, uncle, cousin, or someone else.
