This is not exactly the information you seek, but I want to make sure you realize that Guilford County did not exist as an administrative entity in 1757. The legislation to create it was passed in 1770, and it began administration of its area on 1 April 1771. While there were some early settlers in the late 1750's, the county's population was sparse then. The western 2/3 of the county came from Rowan County, and the eastern 1/3 came from Orange County.
