Unfortunately I don't know anything about David C. Sullivan, except that he was apprentice master to EDITH PACE in 1841.
At the completion of her apprenticeship, Sullivan was to provide her with a "wheel & cards worth $6 at 'full age.'" This makes me think that Sullivan was either a farmer or a spinner of cloth (perhaps both).
This is on the apprentice bonds listing for all of Guilford Co., NC, and it does not specify which section of Guilford Co. for any apprentice master.
