I came across your post by chance today, and was particularly interested to see the hamlet Scarrows near Lazonby mentioned as this is my name and I am doing a one name study on it. We hae a few references to the Graham surname:

Mary Scarrow married William Graham in Wetheral 1751.

We have never found any Scarrow individuals based at Scarrows and I wonder if you ancestors have any connection with our family?
