Trying to locate records, stored in Durham, NC.

Trying to locate the Pettigrew Hospital records from the Civil War. Pettigrew Hospital was located in Raleigh, NC and took care of my 3 great grandpa Daniel Sims. The hospital is now a DMV office.

Can someone help me locate these records.
