I am directly related to a Southerland family in Duplin. Specifically Jonathan Wilder Williams that married Eliza Jane Southerland. Our family has gathered some information but for the most part I am largely unfamiliar with it. The Southerland name lingers in our section of the family. My great uncle's name was Daniel Southerland Williams(1887-1947).
