I just recheckedny info, William A Foley was listed having the last name Cataline in 1860 & 1870 census's then in 1880 he was listed as having the last name Foley, still living with Avey McKinney his mother. just want to figure why the change unless it was legal for him to have the Cataline name and he went back to his mother;s maiden name of Foley, I saw that she was suppose to have married her 1st cousin, if so, was he a Foley to ?
