James MESSER, born March 04, 1811 in Waynesville, Haywood Co., North Carolina; died 1920 in probably Cherokee Co., North Carolina [HE ENUMERATED IN 1920 PEACHTREE COMMUNITY, CCNC CENSUS; HE RECORDED AS DECEASED SPOUSE ON HIS WIFE’S CERTIFICATE OF DEATH, FILED IN CCNC]. He married Mary Elizabeth “Lizzie” BRADSHAW [JAMES MESSER RECORDED AS DECEASED SPOUSE OF MARY ELIZABETH MESSER ON HER CERTIFICATE OF DEATH].

Mary Elizabeth “Lizzie” BRADSHAW, born Dec 21, 1857 in Haywood Co., North Carolina [1880 CENSUS; CERTIFICATE OF DEATH]; died Aug 04, 1920 in the Peachtree Community of Murphy, Cherokee Co., North Carolina [CERTIFICATE OF DEATH].

Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" BRADSHAW was the daughter of James BRADSHAW and Anna LOVINGOOD, both of Haywood Co., NC; she was the granddaughter of Samuel LOVINGOOD, Jr. and Elizabeth SMITH. Samuel LOVINGOOD, Jr. was bro of Harmon and George Washington LOVINGOOD, who both settled in Cherokee Co., NC and started an iron forge.

James and Mary Elizabeth (BRADSHAW) MESSER had at least two children, both born in Cherokee Co., NC, according to Delayed Birth Certificate info: 1) Weaver Carl MESSER [1889-1974] and 2) Inez Marie Messer [born 1898 in Cherokee Co., North Carolina; marriage & death info. Unk].

1. Who were the parents of James MESSER?
2. When/where were James MESSER and Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" BRADSHAW married?
3. Did James MESSER and Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" BRADSHAW have additional children?
4. Whom did Inez Marie MESSER marry, and were there children?
5. When/where did Inez Marie MESSER die?
