Attempting to locate final resting place of William Henry MCPHERSON and other members of his family. MCPHERSON is the son of William Enoch MCPHERSON and Nancy A. DARK who were married in Chatham County on January 22, 1839. William Henry was in Northampton County in 1870 and Randolph County in 1890. It is believed that he married Susan Caroline FOX at an unknown time and location. MCPHERSON served in the 26th NC Regiment during the CIVIL WAR.
