Ainsworth family in Burke County, NC

I am looking for information on a possible Ainsworth family in Burke County, NC. I have found census records for a James Ainsworth, Senior, James Ainsworth, William Ainsworth, and William Ainsworth, Junior. They appear to be in the county by 1790, possibly before, and they all appear to be gone by 1840, although the two William's appear to be gone by 1830.

I have been able to trace one of the William's (I believe it may be William Ainsworth, Junior) to Monroe County, Tennessee, where he married a Mary Roper (sometimes seen as Raper) in 1841, had a son named, James R. Ainsworth, and then divorced Mary in May 1844. He appears there between the years of 1830-1840. He left behind quite a court record trail in Monroe County, TN. By 1850 he is in Cass County, Georgia (now Bartow County).

I am interested in any information on this family, particularly the two William's, during their stay in Burke County, NC. I am also interested in finding any record that might indicate if these Ainsworth's were all related.
