Isaac Martin of Wilkes will is dated 1794 and appears it was executed 1798. Also forgot to mention this family were "Officials" in Wilkes and not in Burke. I know of no Martins that were officials in Burke.

Isaac Martin of Gunpowder Creek Burke died sometime after 1810 after he sold all his land in Burke. The Martins were also not the only owners of the Mill. The Bairds and the Spencers were also involved
