Gibbs/Gibbes
A George Gibbs, whose father was John Gibbs from the Barbadoes owned "Crowfields". This plantation was said to have been located on the Waccamaw River in 1754.
The plantation was also known as "Castle Gibbs".
Any information is appreciated.
