I'm seeking information on my great grandfather Sampson/Samuel Doss(e) from Abingdon,VA who moved to Wayne Co.,WV.

Background:
Henry DOSS was born 1788 in Va, and died 18 MAR 1872. He married Nancy THOMAS 2 SEP 1858 in Washington,Va, daughter of Lewis_Sr THOMAS and Mary "Elizabeth" WIDENER. She was born 1815 in Washington co,Va, and died 12 JAN 1899 in Washington co,Va. She was buried in Loves Mill. They apparently lived together many years before marrying.

Samuel S. Doss born abt 1862-65 (probably Oct. 1863) in Washington Co. VA. At age 19, Samuel married Thursey Damron (age 18) in Wayne Co. WV on 28 April 1884 or probably 30 April 1884. On the marrigage document,he named Samuel & Isabelle as his parents. He died 2 April 1889 in Wayne Co. WV at the age of 25 years and 6 months--Confirmed by telephone call to County Clerk's Office (302-272-6365).
John Doss born about 1865-66 in Washington Co. VA. (or possibly Wayne Co., WV). At age 23, he married Belle Wilson of Smith Co., VA on 25 Dec. 1889 at the home of Andy Wilson. 1910 Census listed his Mother was born in Tennessee.
Robert Lee Doss born about 1868-69 in Wayne Co., WV. In 1880 Census he is listed in home of T.S. Mills (Justice Of Peace Stonewall, Wayne, West Virginia) and as as homeless. At age 19, Robert (of Wayne Co. WV) married Elizabeth Adkins of Cabell Co., WV on 11 January 1888. Living with daughter in Pittslyvania Co. VA in 1920 Census.
Jinnie DAWSE (Doss) born about 1872 in VA. She possibly married Laban Thompson Clay on 12/31/1887 in Wayne Co.( per Howard Osburn, Wayne Co. Genealogy & Historical Society(WCGHS)).
Children of Samuel & (2nd wife) Mary Elizabeth (Wellman) Doss born 25 January 1853 and died 1 March 1905 in Wayne Co. WV. They were married 27 April 1876. The marriage document listed Samuel Dosse age 34 (prob. 39) as a widower living in Wayne Co. WV and his parents as H & N Doss (possibly Henry and Nancy Thomas Doss(e)). Mary E. Wellman of Wayne Co. was 23 and her parents were listed as Robt. and Mahula Short Wellman.
Julia Doss born 2 Feb. 1877 in Wayne Co., WV. Died Dec. 1964 Wayne Co. WV. Married George Dawson.
James Doss born Aug. 1881 in Wayne Co. WV. Never married. Died 28 June 1958 in Fort Gay, Wayne Co., WV, age 76 yrs. 9 months 29 days of congestive heart failure. 1920 Census listed his Dad born in VA and his Mother in WV.
Grover Cleveland Doss born 13 Nov. 1885 (or Mar. 1883 per Census) in Wayne Co. WV. Married Louisa J. Runyon 7 JUN 1896. Grover died 12 Feb. 1960 in Scioto Co. OH.
