I've found an ancestor in a NY state index book of individual soldier's claims from the war of 1812.

The book says the claims are on file with the state at:

Bureau of War Records
Division of Military & Naval Affairs
Public Security Building
Albany, NY 12206

My concern is that this book was written in 1969, and I expect the bureau has moved...at least...if not changed names two or three times since then.

Can anyone point me in the right direction with the State of NY? I tried to find it on the State's web page, to no avail.
