Parents Earl and Nettie Scroggins. Grandparents John and Kate Scroggins of Benton, TN.
Kathy was born in the USA, however, as a small child her Mother retirned to Aberdeen, Scotland. Kathy was raised and educated there. She graduated from the University of Aberdeen and speaks several languages. She has half brothers and sister that lives in Plattsburg, NY. Last known to live in Lawrence, KS. But we think she may have moved to NY or Washington, DC. Married surname is Ottinger. May be a school teacher. She would be between the ages of 50-55.
