In the name of God Amen.
I Laura Brown of Bedford in the County of Westchester and State of New York being of sound mind and memory do hereby make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say
First I order and direct the payment of all the debts dues and liabilities that may be existing against me at the time of my decease.
Second I give and bequeath to Andrew Miller who has been a good and faithful servant the sum of fifteen hundred dollars.
Third I give bequeath and devise all the rest residue and remainder of my estate real and personal situate and being in the towns of North Salem and Bedford or elsewhere of every name and kind whatsoever to Edward B. Brady of the town of Lewisboro his heirs and assigns forever and should my mother Mary Brown survive me the said Edward B. Brady is to pay her two hundred and fifty dollars annually during her life and see that she is well cared for and provided for and has all that may be necessary for her comfort.
Lastly I hereby constitute and appoint Edward B. Brady the Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
In Witness whereof I have herewith set my hand and seal this 17th day of June in the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy two,

The above instrument was at the date thereof signed sealed published and declared by the said Laura Brown as and for her last Will and Testament in presence of us who at her request and in her presence and in presence of each other have subscribed our name as witness thereto.
