I would like to obtain data on Robert Bicerstaff, a British soldier who came to New York, then called "New Amsterdam" about 1664 when the British ttok control from the Dutch. He had a daughter, Elizabeth Bickerstaff (1640-1712) who married Lt. George Hall (1638-c.1675). They had a daugher, Mary Hall (1664-1709) who married John Biggs (1659-1707). In turn they had a daughter, Elizabeth Biggs (1702-1788) who married Benjamin Alger (1705-1759)
