In the Name of God, Amen.
I, Nancy Grant of the city of Ithaca, County of Tompkins and State of New York being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say:
First – After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give and bequeath to Clinton D. Bouton the Sum of Five Hundred dollars, to Nettie Baucus the Sum of Five Hundred dollars, to Georgia A. Baucus the Sum of Five Hundred dollars, to Cora M. Baucus the Sum of Five Hundred dollars, to Alice G. VanHoesen the Sum of Five Hundred dollars, to Emma Marsh the Sum of Five Hundred dollars.
Should either of the above named die before the probate of this will – the share or shares so bequeathed shall be divided equally among the surviving members of the family of the deceased.
I give bequeath and devise all the rest, residue and remainder of my real and personal estate to my daughter Mrs. Alice G. Bouton to have and to hold the same her heirs and assigns forever.
Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint Clinton D. Bouton of the City of Ithaca, County of Tompkins and State of New York, to be my executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the Twenty Sixth day of February in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and ninety.

The above written instrument was subscribed by the said Nancy Grant in our presence and acknowledged by her to each of us, and she at the same time declared the above instrument, so subscribed, to be her last Will and Testament, and we, at her request have signed our names as witnesses hereto, in her presence and in the presence of each other, and written opposite our names our respective place of residence.

Amasa G. Genung of the City of Ithaca in the county of Tompkins being first duly sworn, deposeth and saith, that he was acquainted with the above mentioned Nancy Grant deceased, in her lifetime: that he saw the said Nancy Grant deceased subscribe at the end thereof, the instrument now shown to this deponent, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of the said Nancy Grant and above described that he heard the same Testator declare the same to be her last Will and Testament: that this deponent subscribed his name as a witness thereto in the presence and at the request of said Testator: that the said Testator was at the time, in the opinion and belief of this deponent of sound mind and memory, and not under any restraint: and that she was about 85 years of age: and that she died on or about the 15 day of January in the year 1903: and was a resident of the City of Ithaca in the County of Tompkins at the time of her death. Deponent further says he heard Testator request Nelson H. Genung to sign the will as a witness which he then did in the presence of the testator and that said Nelson H. Genung is not a resident of the state of New York but resides in New Jersey.
