"At a Surrogate's Court held for the County of Tompkins,in the Village of Ithaca, on the 6th day of March in the year 1867:

An instrument purposing to be the last Will and Testament of BENJAMIN WAGER bearing the date 30th January 1867 was produced in Court.

Daniel HALL of Lansing swore that he knew Benjamin WAGER -- that he was about 56 years of age, a resident of Lansing at the time of his death. Sidney TODD of the Town of Lansing swore that Benjamin died on or about the 15th of February 1867.
