THIS INDENTURE, Made the fourth day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventeen, Between, Moses Devenport, Cornelius Devenport, and Elizabeth his wife, Jacob Devenport, and Sarah his wife, of the Town of Ulysses, in the county of Tompkins, and the State of New York, of the first part, and Jacob G.
