Joseph DIM(M)ICK b. ca 1770, probably Dutchess County, NY per 1855 census for town of Hector, Tompkins Co. Died 1859 @ Hector, Tompkins County. Married --GOODFELLOW; children were Samuel, b. ca. 1808, probably Delaware Co., married Mary KETTLE; Uriah, found 1860 census @ Ulysses, Tompkins Co.; Daniel, found 1860 census, Newfield, Tompkins Co.; and Phebe, married --SLOCUM. Samuel relocated to Tompkins/Schuyler Co. at age 19. His children were: Nelson, b. 1828/9; md. Rosalie V. GREENE; Jefferson, md. Jenny --; Samuel G., md. Catherine DAVIS; Elsie; Adelia; Hannah and Delos(s), b. ca 1840; died during/shortly after Civil War of injuries.
