Yes, it does look like we both come from the same tree! Thanks for offering your help. My grandfather was Harold Wm Forbes b4-11-1900 d18-12-1971. He is the son of William Henry Forbes and Viola Freestone. William Henry Forbes was the son of Winslow Forbes and Dora Jackson. I am just starting to research the family..picking up where my mother has left off. I don't have much to share on the Davis side yet, only that Nathaniel D Jackson was the son of Nathan Jackson & Betsy Davis. I am currently doing research at the local family history center, and when I find more info on the Davis line I'll certainly pass it on.
