I have traced Samuel W. Percy Born abt 1850 Newfoundland to the Ogdensburg, St. Lawrence county. He arrived to the US in 1870. He married Mary E. Gilmore (may also be known as Emma M.)prior to 1875. They are listed as members of the First United Methodist Church in Ogdensburg. I am trying to find their marriage record to determine both of their parents.
