I'm attaching a picture that was taken about 1903. I would like to identify the people that are in the picture. Colin J. Lockie was born June 1845 in Gouverneur, NY and died 13 April 1925 also in Gouverneur. His wife Jannie Dodds was born in 1850 and died abt 1917. I think they were married in 1878.

This photo was from my husbands parents home, Elmer and Marjorie Hosmer Drummond.

Written on the back of the picture.

Colin & Janie Lockie 25 Anniversary.
1st row Rev. Merritt and the family.
2nd Mr & Mrs Anson Potter, Mr & Mrs Bill Lockie, Fed Lockie & Emma, Mrs. Dugan, Anna Campbell, Ella Hall, Lillian Howe, Mrs. C. Brown, Ellen Tompkins, Blanche C. Brown, Latt Hall Bue? C George Nichols, Clark Dodds, Mr Dugan, Elmer Campbell, Colin Howe.
Mallie Wilson, Mrs Russell, Ed Wilson, Mr Gallaher, Clara Nichols, Maggie Gallaher, Mrs. Meritt, John Patterson
Aunt Anna & Aunt Maggie next to Aunt Jane, Charles Marshall next to me.

My husband does not recognize the writing, so we do not know who "me" is. Lillian and Colin Howe are my husband's great grandparents on his mother's side. Colin Howe might be the man standing to the far right in the picture whith his hands on his hips, but I am not sure.
(I beleive Rev. Merritt is the man wearing a hat and holding a book) The tall man next to him is Colin Lockie, Janie Lockie. The next two children I do not know. Then I think the lady sitting is Kate Lockie (daugher) and then George Lockie (son).

If you can identify anyone from your family please let me know. The 2nd picture appears to have been taken the same day.
Thank you!
