I will look up both Philanda's and Emil's obits for you when I go to the Troy Library tomorrow. I found William's Obit and if you contact me directly I will give it to you. It does state he was born in Trenton NJ. But his parents are stated as Benjamin and Viola Nobles Seeley. His brother as Robert Seeley of NJ. Both Philanda and Emile are buried at the Albany Rural Cemetery. Philanda Seeley is interred in a plot owned by R L Robbins. Robert Larabee Robbins is buried there also and his parents are recorded as Benjamin and Philinda Noble Robbins. He died in NJ.
Emile Sellier is buried in a GAR Plot. But why would Philanda be buried as Philanda Seeley, and Emile be buried as Sellier? So hopefully their obits will lend another clue for you.
