Over the years I have seen some messages about this unconnected Barrett, Petter or Peter, who appears on the same page of the 1850 Putnam Co. census as Justus and Phoebe (Knowlton) Barrett. People have given Peter's birth date as Nov 1802. I am wondering if he could have been Justus' younger brother. There are already two sets of twins among Justus' siblings. Could Peter be a twin of Holmes Barrett, b 25 Nov 1802, and living in Tioga Co., NY, in 1850 with wife Margaret? Justus and Holmes are the sons of Josephus and Phoebe (Knowlton) Barrett.
