I am seeking info on a John MEAD b. ca. 1749 and a John S. MEAD b. ca. 1774. They both lived in what is now known as the town of Kent, Putnam Co., NY (formerly called town of Frederickstown, Dutchess Co., NY). John died in 1826 and John S. died in 1840. John MEAD may of lived in what is now the town of Carmel in 1790). John S. MEAD may be the son of this John MEAD b. ca. 1749. They are both buried in the same cemetary. The first name of John S. MEAD's wife was Hannah.

I am seeking the parents of these two John MEADs and who they married and the names of their children and their date of birth. Any info about these two families would be appreciatedly appreciated. Thanks for any help! Joe Kelly
