My brick wall is in finding so little from the New York counties.

I find G. M. Rainey in this marriage in 1853 and in the 1860 census with wife and son in NYC. Nothing after that unless he ties in with the G.M. Rainey who married Frances Josephine DEAN (date unknown) and had four children (1873-1879)....which I suspect.

Any help or suggestions?
