Surnames: Wyatt, Sands, Caverly
The Life and Sermons of Rev. William Wyatt of the Wyoming Conference", by Wm Wyatt, Albany, NY 1878.
His parents were Nathaniel Wyatt and Amy Caverly. Reference made in book; P. 229 "Here our family originated and here sleep the ashes of our early ancestors, the Sands, the Caverlys and the Wyatts...", refers to Newburgh area.
The book can be found online by doing a Google book search.

Note: Tioga and Tompkins Counties border on each other. Danby & Candor look to be less then 10 mi. apart.
In the obit for Amy Wyatt, found in the Northern Christian Advocate
Newspaper Auburn, NY, Christian Advocate 1845-1849, pdf file folder 0566 there a reference to her son Samuel Wyatt being killed in an accident possibly around 1827.
