Has anyone researched into the Pulteney Estate records, or any of the other companies that existed during the late 1700's early 1800's, for individual buyers? I am looking for account books/ledgers, land contracts, receipts that company agents such as Williamson or Fellows would have kept as they sold the land that the Pulteney Estate (and those of the other companies/large land holding speculators) controlled.
