I am writing in hopes that you may be able to help me in my research concerning a name of a little girl that lived in Pompey, New York, in 1819. The info I have is as follows and it comes from a textile sampler that this little girl sewed by hand in 1819. Grade II ( i believe), Pompey, New York, May 29 1819 ( I believe this could either be the date she finished the sampler...or her birthday?)
