In the Mamakating town of Ulster co in 1790,now Sullivan Co,Ny. I find
William Bends, who married Susan Purdy,daughter to Joseph Purdy. And Joseph
Purdy next door nieghbors. Susan born 1758 and her children; Elizabeth born
1784 and Joseph born 1788. Can anyone give me leads to what church they could
of been baptised in? There were several raids in the area by the British
during the revolution.This area seems to be a frontier that wasn`t too
organized. Is there a history available for this area? Appriciate any help.
