Hello,

Just read your message from '05, and it caught my eye because we have ancestors, Darius GLEASON, b. 1795, somewhere in Conn. HE is found in Onondaga Co. NY in 1820-1850 census, then he moved to Ingham County, MI before 1860. He is also on the 1870 census there, but no death record, so I have no clue who his parents were. Two sons of his many children are Philander,b. 1820, and Eli W. b. 1839, both b. Camillus, Onondaga, Another possible son is Levi GLEASON who died in 1852 in Monroe Co.

We also have KING ANCESTORS in Wayne and Ontario counties in NEw York in the 1850-1920 era. I am stuck on David King, b. NY, who had our ggrandfather, George Andrew King in 1850,NY and a daughter Sarah in 1855. Can't find David with his family in 1850, and he may have died before 1860 because his wife Aurilla (GRAVES) was remarried to a Ira WILLET by then. But George Andrew is not living with them, and I can't find him until 1880 in Michigan, then back
Wayne andOntario NEw York by 1885. He died in 1903 in Phelps, ONtario, NY.
If any of these names ring a bell to anyone, I would appreciate hearing from you....Thanks,

Judy GLEASON from Michigan
